We conduct comprehensive property inspections to ensure that each property meets our rent ready merits. If work is needed, we provide a detailed inspection report with recommendations designed to meet our residents' standards and yield higher rents for owners.

Professionally cleaned property free of trash, odors, and pests.
2 - SAFETY
Property must comply with local codes and regulations. Ex: locks, doors, windows, and smoke detectors must be operable.
3 - COSMETIC
We may recommend improvements to the appearance of the property.
4 - FUNCTIONALITY
Appliances, heating and cooling, water, electric, gas, cable and internet connections, light fixtures, toilets, and more must be in good working order.
